This hanging lake, quite a distance from the nearest trail, looked intriguing on the map. A dawn hike from camp yielded a spectacular sunrise.
Accessing this remote waterfall requires extensive scrambling and bushwhacking. Along with the nearly mile-long water slide above it, it is a tremendous sight during times of high water.
